SageSpear by Torc Health is a birth preparation app covering pregnancy, birth and the first 12 months, launching December 2026. Its content is built from published clinical studies and reviewed before launch by practising clinicians in the UK. It prepares the mother and her chosen support person with everything from the ordinary rites of passage to the moments new parents rarely recognise.
For hospitals and clinicians
We are developing free discharge sheets for families, and a postpartum psychosis course for clinicians outside mental health. Both are in development.
