Privacy notice

Last updated: 31 October 2026

This notice explains what information SageSpear collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. We collect as little as we can.

This notice covers this website and the launch list. The SageSpear app will have its own privacy notice, which you will see before you sign up to it.

Who we are

SageSpear is a brand of Torc Health Sàrl, a company registered in Switzerland (CHE-481.861.634). Torc Health Sàrl is responsible for your information.

Postal address: Torc Health Sàrl, Rue du Grand-Pré 11, 1299 Crans, Switzerland

Email: info@torchealth.com

What we collect

When you claim a free place or join the launch list, we collect:

  • your email address
  • your country
  • that you agreed to be contacted, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time
  • how you reached us, for example from Instagram, if the link you followed tells us

When you confirm your sign up by clicking the link in our email, Infomaniak records the date and the internet address (IP address) of the confirmation. That is our proof that you asked.

We do not ask for your name, your health, or any details about your pregnancy or your baby.

Signing up may suggest that you, or someone close to you, is expecting or has a new baby. We treat your sign up with that in mind.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.

Why we use it

  • to tell you when SageSpear launches
  • to confirm whether you are among the first 100 sign-ups, and to give you access if you are
  • to reply to you if you contact us

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone to market to you.

Website statistics

If you allow it, we use Plausible Analytics, provided by Plausible Insights OÜ (Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia), to count visits, pages viewed, how people found the site, and how many people start and complete the sign-up form. Nothing is counted unless you choose "Allow statistics". Plausible does not use cookies, does not build profiles and does not follow you across websites. Your IP address is used only to create a code that changes every 24 hours and to estimate your country, and is not stored. The data is hosted in Germany. We see only totals, never individual visitors. Our legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with "Statistics settings" at the bottom of every page; withdrawal does not affect counting already done. Your browser stores only your choice, so we do not ask again.

Our representatives in the EU and UK

Because Torc Health Sàrl is based in Switzerland, we have appointed representatives in the European Union and the United Kingdom. You can contact them instead of us about anything in this notice, including your rights.

European Union: Prighter EU Rep GmbH, Schellinggasse 3/10, 1010 Vienna, Austria

United Kingdom: Prighter Ltd, 20 Mortlake High Street, London SW14 8JN, United Kingdom

The easiest way to reach them is our page at https://app.prighter.com/portal/19064030124. If you write to them, please quote ID-19064030124.

Who else handles it

A small number of service providers handle information for us, only to run this website and our email:

  • Lovable, which hosts this website
  • Infomaniak, a Swiss company, which stores sign ups and sends our emails (using Amazon Web Services in Ireland to deliver them)
  • Google, which hosts our email
  • Prighter, our representative in the EU and UK, which receives any requests or questions you send to it
  • Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia), which provides website statistics if you allow them, with data hosted in Germany

Our hosting provider may record technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the website and keep it secure.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Website statistics are counted only if you allow them; see Website statistics. Our fonts are stored on our own website, so loading a page does not send your information to a font provider.

Where it is stored

Sign ups are stored by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Infomaniak sends our emails through Amazon Web Services in Ireland (European Union), so your email address passes through Amazon when we email you.

Emails you send us are handled by Google. Google stores them in Europe but may access or process them in other countries, including the United States. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks and the UK extension, and also uses standard contractual clauses.

Lovable Labs Incorporated, a US company, hosts the website and may record technical information such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure. Lovable and its providers process this information in the United States, the European Union (including the Netherlands), the United Kingdom and, for delivering pages quickly, on Cloudflare's worldwide network. For transfers from Switzerland, Lovable relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the Swiss addendum recognised by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner; for transfers from the EU and UK, on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum.

You can see the list of companies Lovable uses at trust.lovable.dev/subprocessors.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a SageSpear user, we delete your sign up 12 months after launch, or sooner if you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • stop using it
  • give it to you in a format you can pass to someone else

Email info@torchealth.com. We reply within one month, or within 45 days if you live in the United States. You can also send your request through our representatives (see above). We may need to confirm it is you before we act.

If you are not happy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to a data protection authority:

  • Switzerland: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)
  • United Kingdom: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
  • European Union: the data protection authority in your country

If you live in the United States, the laws of your state may give you similar rights. Email us and we will help.

SageSpear is for adults

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email first.
